143 reviewsWe ended up with a wedding website that worked well for us, but due to design issues, Riley and Grey's website offers almost no wiggle room on attaching an image for the invites and save the date, and were mixed in their responsiveness to our questions. Early on they were helpful and responsive, but as time went on they had no intentions of fixing the design issues that plagued our invite send-out, which delayed both our save the dates and wedding invitations by days and cost us money hiring someone to design an image that would pass the resolution requirements of their byzantine photo uploader. Considering there are cheaper options out there, we were dissatisfied with the interface and customer service.
AMAZING service and a must-have for our wedding. Incredibly user-friendly and made us look sooooo put together. The fact we could link our registry, RSVP and hotel reservations from this one site was spectacular. All very affordable for a low monthly rate. We chose to send out e-invites so we didn't need the site to do it...but I'm sure that feature worked really aweome like everything else.
I liked this for my wedding but I wish that it had more features for the price. I don’t know if there have been improvements since I got married 3 years ago but they really only get one shot per customer to impress. Perhaps they should expand to more types of site offerings?
