The grey color gives off a bluish hue to it which is not a boring, dull grey color and it looks quite nice and sophisticated. I think what standouts the most is the durability of the set. The stoneware material feels substantial and sturdy, yet not too heavy, which makes handling it easy and comfortable on the hands and wrists for my older folks at home. I’ve been using it every day for a month, and haven’t noticed any chipping and it still maintained the vibrant greyish blue color. I like that the set comes with generously sized pieces, including dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls, which can be used for casual breakfast or more formal dinners. I was pleasantly surprised to find the design and versatility of this dish set. The packaging allowed the set to arrive fully intact. Upon further inspection you will see that the dishes are quite durable- even dishwasher safe. That’s definitely a source of relief for someone who doesn’t want to hand wash everything (me 😅)
