This is the brand of couscous that I use on a regular basis. I like to use it for making quick and easy meals. It is so much easier and cheaper than buying those individual little boxes. All this is is the unenriched Durm semolina wheat with no extra processed fillers included. All you need to do to make a taste different as add your own spices. Personally, I like to just add salt and a little olive oil and I can call this a meal with a protein.
