Their non-stick foil is coated on one side with a slippery non-stick surface, with the reverse side being regular foil. I use this Aluminum foil for cooking, baking, grilling, and storing. I like the quality and strength of the foil. One side is non-stick so food lifts right off. The foil is nice and heavy duty so it doesn't tear easily on a tray. Moreover, it can withstand high heat and extreme cold.

Good durability, won't rip if u don't want it to, it is of good quality and has good heat resistance. It is older resistant. Because the quality is good it is easy not to waste any.
