Good price when it's on sale. No taste because of the capsules. Easy-to-open packaging. I would recommend this to anyone who shopps at Rexall. As for the use, it is a lower strain.

This probiotic has helped me so much with my gut issues and helped with infections. I have never had one as good as this and I have tried many other probiotics. For example I use to get a probiotic at Walgreens their name brand generic for $30-$35 a bottle and this one I can find at my dollar general for $5. Trust me if you are looking for a probiotic for a good price this is the one!!!
