These insoals are the best insoles anyone can use to slip inside your sneakers for added comfort. Two insoles are included ya just need to trim them down to fit your feet

Sad that they don't fit every shoe but really great if your feet are tired or heels are hurting it's nice to give them a quick moment of relief. padding wears off though.
