I have combination skin and live in a hot climate so it's hard to find a decent foundation that will not stick to the dry spots and slide off the more oily spots and will hold up in the heat. Also, being almost 40, I figured anything that would "blur and fill" would be great. So for my review: First thing I found was that the colors seem to run very light (in my limited makeup experience opinion). I had to go at least 2 shades up from what I would normally use as far as shades go, and the color I got was still a bit light, but I thought the next up would be too dark. I like how it goes on my skin. It's nice and smooth. Not too heavy and blends well, even over my drier spots. Looks pretty good when it's first put on. However...then I stepped outside into the heat and humidity. After about 15-20 minutes of being outside in 90+ heat and 90% humidity, I started sweating. I happened to look in the mirror in the car and noticed the makeup was beading up all over my face. I tried to blot the beads off and ended up getting an awful smear across my face. I ended up having to wash it off completely. The next day, I tried using it after using a primer first and ran into the same exact problem. Now, like I said before, I am not a makeup person so maybe there is something I could do to prevent the beading up from happening, but until I learn the secret, I'll stick to my regular brand/product. This would have been a great product for me if it weren't for the awful beading up!
