This foundation has been one of the best drug store foundations that I have ever tried. I don’t have difficult skin, so I’ve always like to try new brands when I finish a bottle of foundation. This one provided such amazing coverage that I bought multiple containers for a while. The only downside to this foundation was that I never found a shade that worked for me - it took me a while to realize that my face was a little whiter in photos than I wanted to realize. I tried the next darker shade and it was too dark for me. It required a lot of bronzer in order to balance off the whiteness.

Oh Revlon, you definitely know your business with foundation! I thought nothing could top my liquid Colorstay, but then ColorStay Whipped comes along and rocks my world!!! This stuff is the real deal. I thought it was mostly hype at first and then I tried it out. I purchased it at Meijer for $13 which is slightly more than the liquid normally runs.

The makeup itself appears a lot like a cream-to-powder formula I've seen before but less dry and cakey looking....almost like a gel. My first thought was "I'm going to need a lot of this stuff to cover my face." Wrong. I place a pea-size amount on my forehead, chin, and each cheek and then use my BeautyBlender sponge to blend it in. It covers beautifully and lasts ALL DAY. It doesn't rub or melt off.  I honestly wasn't expecting that. And because of the whipped formula, it doesn't settle into fine lines. I like that part a lot! And there's no smell to it. It also seems to give a more luminous effect...the liquid ColorStay has a matte coverage that can sometimes border on flat to where I feel the need to use a highlighter to add some life back into my face!

The ONLY thing I would change would be adding a sunscreen to the product. Then I would give it 5 stars! If you think this might be a good fit for you, give it a shot. Chances are, you will end up loving it. Don't let a bad experience with the liquid ColorStay deter you from trying this one. It definitely rocks!

I am SO SAD this has been discontinued. This has been my go to foundation for years and I have gone through countless jars. Even as I continue to purchase and try new high end foundations this was always my safe bet to look good and last! It has never irritated my skin even the few times I have accidentally fallen asleep with it still on whereas with any other foundation my skin would surely pay the price. It has great coverage and the shades look like natural skin tones. If I would be using another foundation for awhile the first day I went back to this my mom would ALWAYS comment that my makeup/skin looks really nice. This looks ok immediately after you apply it but looks better and better after wearing it for an hour or so. Truly lasts for long days and hot days and I prefer it over Estée Lauder’s DoubleWear or any other longwear foundation which ultimately strip my skin. I have several backups to go through now but the search is on to find my new go to. It was just so, so good and so affordable.

I go between two different foundations.  The whipped one just gives me a more flawless look.  If used with a sponge it looks even better.  I have very had only  a small reaction, but that was after I wore it in the sun.  I had an acne breakout.  It does NOT do well with repeated exposure to the sun.  It gets a melty look.  Adding a setting product over the top helps eliminate that issue though.

The Revlon whipped foundation was awful for me. I have combo skin, it’s oily around my nose and my between my eyebrows, and dry in other spots. This foundation left me looking like a hot greasy mess! It was thick, and not easy to blend. It stuck to my dry patches, and made the rest of my face look like I had crisco on instead of makeup. I gave this to a friend who had the same result, and ultimately trashed it.

This foundation is toward the more affordable side of the scale. So, it can be found at Walmart, any big drugstore (CVS, Walgreens, etc.), and Ulta.
This foundation is super creamy and more on the thick side, so it can cover up those easy to see blemishes.
This color selection isn’t bad at all.
This product comes in a creamy form, in a jar.
I do suggest this foundation!

I cannot find this anywhere anymore but I absolutely love it! I have his in the nude shade 220 and it is the best full coverage foundation. It’s super thick and creamy which I love in winter when my skin is dry and I need more coverage. I wish I could find where this was being sold!

I have always been a fan of mousse-like foundations. Some people hate them, but I love them. This was no exception. I love how fluffy it feels and how smooth it goes on. I would have given it 5 stars, but I found that the longevity of it was about 4-5 hours. After that it started to break apart on my nose. Outside of my T zone, it looks great and even.

I used this product for YEARS. I used the shade in natural tan and it blended in with my skin ton perfectly.

It was definitely full coverage and it helped keep in the oils of my skin pretty well. I get oily on my t-zone, under my eyes, around my nostrils and these were the places where my foundation would start to shine and break up. I have long days, some days being as long as 7am - 8pm.

Starting around noon-time my fave would start looking a bit dewy (though not bad) and around 5ish my face would start looking cakey. Since I have such long days I decided to switch out my foundation, but this is definitely my drug-store favorite and I can't recommend it enough if you're on a budget!

This is my favorite drugstore foundation of all time. I have been buying it for years. The texture of it is a dream- really just like a chocolate mousse. It lasts a very long time (all day for my long 12 hour shifts), and although there can be some "melting" at the end of the day, that problem is solved with some setting spray. It is full coverage for me, and really helps reduce the appearance if the fine lines that are starting to happen. I agree with another reviewer that suggested this product come with sunscreen, because that would be a HUGE bonus as I am lazy and really dislike putting sunscreen on before applying makeup. However, overall I really love this product and hope it is never discontinued!
