I've used this light therapy for a couple of months now. I noticed a more radiant complexion and more even skin tone. It has a permanent place in my routine now... cannot wait to keep seeing more improvements. Recommend!!!!

I can’t live without this now that I have found it! Sure the price seems high but I will tell you, I have used this on my face, neck, hair, injured knee, lower back and more! It was gratifying to see all my new baby hairs pop up. The other red light products that are masks are just for your face. This is so versatile. My only con, it’s corded. It comes with a generous cord and a nice carry pouch.

I had been shopping for a red light therapy product for a long time… I looked at all of the various more expensive masks… I ended up settling on this product for two reasons. First, because it offered both blue and red light second, because it was HSA/FSA eligible, so I was able to buy it with funds via my health insurance- most devices are not eligible, although typically acne treatment products are. Although I was specifically looking for a red light product and that is mostly what I use this for… An anti-aging is not covered… So it was important to try to find a dual use device. Pros- I’d like that the device isnt specifically a mask shape and I could use it anywhere on my body not just my face (I have been using it on my neck as well as my face, and got the idea to use it on my hands from another reviewer- will be trying!). I like the little goggles that it came with… They are pretty high-quality. I have owned a cheapie red LED mask, and I wasn’t able to use it comfortably because it bothered my eyes. You can use this device for red light, blue light, or both at once. I primarily use it for the red light function. Another pro is that it is chemical free…(obviously).. I have reactive skin, and this is a great intervention for people with sensitive skin because it can’t cause any irritation! The treatment only take three minutes, although you can repeat it as many times as you want, I often do it two or three times in a row. Cons— it’s not flexible (its literally like a book) and doesn’t attached to your body in any way so you have to hold it. It might be awkward to get the light directed specifically where you want it. It’s pricey. Effectiveness? There’s a lot of research to support the benefits of LED. I am nearly 46 years old so aging is a battle for me- and I’m always trying different things… Specifically devices… so it’s hard to separate out what intervention is having an effect! I do feel like there is an improved clarity and smoothness to my skin… And I saw my ex-husband a month after I started using it… And he told me that my skin looked really nice. Unprompted! I mean.. compliments from the ex? Would recommend.
