One of my favorites it’s the perfect milky white that’s not too sheer but not stark. It was a great base for my cow print! Hands down the best

This is a soft, milky white color that looks absolutely stunning and sophisticated! This is my favorite minimalist color from the Revel line. For background, I have drawers full of dip powders and half of the collection is Revel. It’s affordable and great quality. Would highly recommend!
