Was really hoping that this would work as I was having trouble falling asleep. However, it didn't work at all, it made no difference whatsoever. Maybe its just me and it might work for you. It tasted quite sweet like glucose, it wasn't bad but wasn't pleasant either. I've heard better things about their flower essences so im going to try that next.   [product:bach-rescue-remedy-spray]
