From everything I've read about flower essences, there are no dangers whatsoever. Similar to homeopathic remedies. Unless your child has an allergy to one of the other ingredients I would not hesitate in giving it to him/her. I've even used other Bach remedies (not the gum, obviously) on my cats and dogs with good results. Rescue Remedy Kids is what got my dog finally eating again after our other dog passed away.

Bach products are all natural, so it uses things like flower extracts and it usually(or at least the sprays) have an alcohol base. like bourbon, but on a very MILD scale.. I would talk to a Dr to make sure there is no chance for an allergy to the extracts and that the alcohol(if it's used here)isn't going to adversely effect them.
