My doctor recommended I use Rephresh probiotic 5 years ago due to recurrent BV infections I couldn’t get rid of. I started using this and within days it was gone. I’ve never, not even once, had BV ever again. I won’t dare ever stop using this because I know as soon as I do, I’ll get an infection again. It’s tasteless, small (making it easy to swallow) and is so so effective.
