I’ve alternates between this and the women’s care. I’ve been pretty satisfied but I’m currently trying out a new brand from a health food store that needs refrigeration. Overall this did help keep my digestive system pretty regular and help with stomach issues I was having.

I really like the strains of bacteria in these probiotics, based on research I have done. They are also gluten free and have veggie capsule with no unnecessary additives which is a plus!
