Mine is not rechargeable. I love this razor because it went through my thick long hair. I used it on long hair and it went through it. I had some issues of it pulling my hair but was easily taken care of. I had to stop and clean it multiple times due to so much hair in it. It came with batteries, a brush and a head guard. It can go through water. I would recommend this product to shave your legs.

My Remington Smooth + Silky Shaver has been one of my most used personal care purchases. This electric razor is rechargeable and able to be used for wet or dry shaving. It has three blades; including a trimmer/grooming blade that allows you to get into tight areas like the inner thigh crease. It is easy to edge your bikini line and works well for shaving in a hurry. This razor does not provide as close a shave as a traditional razor. However, it can be used anywhere at any time. I have had no issues with razor burn but do have to go over each area two or three times to ensure all hair is adequately removed. I purchased this razor at my local Navy Exchange. Similar models are available at Ulta Beauty in the $30 range. This is a product I regularly use and recommend.
