These stay on your teeth and don't move which is a big plus, especially if you do upper and lower teeth at the same time. Also, low sensitivity although I didn't do them all in one week....I tend to do only a few times a week. In terms of effectiveness, these were just ok. My teeth are fairly white to begin with, but I have seen better results with plain old Crest White Strips.
