This plumper is so beautiful with all of the glitter and shimmer! It definitely burns but it does make your lips slightly bigger! I would say it feels kind of heavy and sticky, and I hate the packaging. The bottle is not flexible at all so you have to push suuuuper hard to use it. My thumb literally gets sore afterwards and I genuinely use it less just because of how hard it is to use.
