It definitely helps with styling my hair, very well. It doesn't hold as long as I would wish but I don't use too much product as to avoid a sticky residue. It works well but it could be better in my opinion.

This is a great product for between washes. Just play when you get out of the shower style like normal and then the next day we went and you can re-style just like the day your hair was first washed.
