Its a an excelent mask, made me feel hair softer and helped with frizz. At the beginning I used the Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo, the Rinse and the Mask. I got better results, using the mask each 2 weeks. And when I used the mask, if I used only Shampoo and then the mask I got better results than using, shampooo, rinse and mask together.
