I use both the “blondage high bright” shampoo and conditioner. I think that it works best when you use them together, but this conditioner has saved my split ends and added thickness to the body of my hair.

This pre-treatment, shampoo, and conditioner system by Redken is for blondes looking to brighten hair that has dulled or darkened over time. Powered by Vitamin C and their Brightening Care Complex, they say to use the entire system for an instantly brighter blonde in one use. I can honestly say that I saw an immediate difference! My hair was more vibrant and not at all brassy… I liked the consistency of the conditioner and the slightly floral scent. I did feel like this product complemented the pre-shampoo treatment and the shampoo well, but it’s impossible to say if the conditioner alone would still have visible results without using the entire system together. And while my hair was overall clean and brighter, I didn’t love how my hair seemed drier after styling. I think I would need a more moisturizing styling product if I continued to use this line from Redken. 5/5 stars for how this helped my blonde hair look blonder, 3/5 for how it affected my overall hair health.
