I went back and forth with my monthly supplement shipment between red carpet and the OMG omegas. I chose Red Carpet simply because I wanted to try omega without a fish flavor as multi vitamins previously used an algae that made me gag all of the time. Red carpet has surprised me! I can already see baby hairs growing everywhere (on my head!) and my skin seems a lot smoother and hydrated. I have only been taking these for about three weeks but they work very well. I highly suggest them based off of what I’m already seeing, and the price is excellent.
