This is a good set for those who are getting started doing their own gel nails. The base and top coat work well and do not bubble. The primer is good-- but not necessary as you can prep your nails with an alcohol pad, or vinegar (if I am not mistaken). The cuticle oil is nice but not as hydrating as other options (i.e. jojoba oil). All in all, I'd recommend this item if it were on sale as some of the items (cuticle oil and nail prep) can be found at a cheaper price point.
