In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. I’m not a big fan of Red Bull by itself, but it is an affordable energy drink. I do notice myself feeling like I have more energy after drinking them, but they cause my heart to race. They’re also good mixed with vodka
I relied heavily on Red Bull through my college days. I always start my days with a cup of coffee, but if I need something to wake me up later in the day, Red Bull always does the trick. I recommend the sugar free one!
My go to when I need a little extra pick me up. Sometimes leaves me shaky but the extra energy and motivation is worth it. Very sweet. The taste is something to get used to if you're not into syrupy sweet drinks.
It’s Red Bull what more do I have to say!? This was the first energy drink I ever had way back when! The taste is out of this world! If I feel like splurging I will go and pick up some these babies to power me through!
Red Bull’s crisp taste is my favorite. Alone or mixed with something else. I love it. Never do I feel an over caffeine stimulation. I love the slim can that makes it easy to carry. By far my favorite place energy drink
Love Red Bull the taste is great and refreshing always a treat and I would definitely recommend to everyone just wish they weren’t as expensive as they are!! If you buy them In bulk they are cheaper but still very expensive
I love Red Bull I think they taste great, and they are definitely my go to energy drink if I ever want one. And of course they work great for their purpose. They are a little expensive but I think most energy drinks are anyways.
This is just my favorite drink. I don’t think it gives me all that much energy but probably because I’m immune to it by now but I love the taste and it does perk me up some. It’s just my favorite tasting energy drink.
Redbull has a very distinct taste and at first I hated it but overtime I have really come to like it. It can be a bit overpowering I think for me at least if I drink it often but for a good pick me up it does the job.
This was the one drink that got me through bar tending after a full week of school! It is affordable in packs. I truly love this drink because there are a variety of flavors! I definitely trust this to keep me awake!
