In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. I remember when these first came out, everyone went crazy for them. I know the feeling because it does give you a jolt of energy and doesn't take you over the edgy with a horrible crash. The only thing that i don't like is that i became dependent on it
Meh, energy drinks are energy drinks. I drink these quite often/before a workout, and I'm still standing. The taste is something you have to get used to, but I've always liked them. (:
I'll begin by saying I don't drink these for an energy boost. They don't give me energy at all. Anywho, I drink these for the taste. It's a weird energy drink taste but I like it. Lol
I love the taste of Red Bull. I reserve it for dire situations, such as finals cramming, so that I don't become "used" to the boost it gives me! One can usually does the trick for me!
The only way I drink this is if it in a mix drink, and Monster Energy is not available. It may be the brand that started it all (energy drinks) but I much prefer Monster over Red Bull
I drink one of these every single day for school and at my 2 jobs and I LOVE it!!! It is sour but once you get used to it, then it is so yummy!!! Hands down my favorite energy drink!!!
For an energy drink, these are exactly what you would think of in terms of taste. If you are into that then Red Bull is a good option, but there aren't a lot of flavors and selection.
I love Red Bull though it doesn't give you wings the taste is always great I don't care to much for the sugar fee ones but I have been into trying there new silver addition and its pretty good but the original is the best.
I drink the blueberry Red Bull quite often and my boyfriend loves the regular one. It's a good drink and they are really invested into the sports/adventure industry which is awesome!
I love red bulls, they're probably my favorite energy drink however they are a bit pricey. I always go for the biggest ones because they are the best value. The other good thing about red bull is you can buy them with food stamps unlike other brands.
