In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. I'm not a huge energy drink fan but if I'm going to have one this is the one I get. Has enough energy as all the rest in a smaller size. It is also able to mix with other drinks quite nicely!
The taste is okay, and it definitely gives me energy. I love that theres a sugarfree option too. I like to get these when I need a boost. Beware, though - too much will leave you feeling bad.
I absolutely love redbull. I drink the sugar free in my opinion it tastes better than the regular. The regular tastes too sweet for me. I used to drink one everyday but recently have cut back.
Sugar free Red Bulls are my drink of choice for long car rides. They aren't syrupy like regular Red Bull. I also really like that it is only lightly carbonated. Sugar free Red Bulls are great every now and again. I would definitely recommend buying occasionally.
My job consumes so much of my energy everyday. I'm on my feet 24/7. Mentally and physically drained by the end of the day. I get myself a can or red bull and i pick up where I left off. Gets me through the last few hrs at work when I need that boost. Great stuff.
Honestly, this drink has never been for me. They all kind of taste like one of the drinks that my little sister will create if we let her fill her own cup with fountain drinks at an eatery....
Oooh red bull, I could live off red bull. Although I would probably die very early. It is my go to drink when I have had very busy consecutive days but still need to get things done. It really does give you a boost of energy but it also has a wicked sugar crash.
This is very much helpful when I have projects due and have to pull an all-nighter. Just a swig when I start to feel drowsy and I'm up and ready to go again. It doesn't taste too bad either.
I actually love Red bull. I've never tasted the sugar free product which is fine with me. But the original flavor is really good. It does give a boost. Lol tastes good with a little vodka too
Because of what I do, I work for anywhere from 5 to 18 hours every day (usually around 15), so I need energy to do all of that. Redbull is very bad for my body, but it keeps me able to work.
