In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. The Red Bull headquarters are based in Fuschl am See, not far from Salzburg, Austria. By far one of the best energy drinks. It has a great taste and it definitely lives up to its slogan. It gives you wings. Would def recommend to anyone looking for that eXtra boost.
This drink is a must when working, taking care of your kids and keeping up with a social life! I drink this and feel great! Better than coffee. Sugar free is the best kind and I have one a couple of times a week. Tastes good cant ask for anything better!
I do not like red bull at all. I do not like carbonated drinks and the taste is awful. Since i do not drink soda at all red bull is not on my list either. I know it gives people energy but i would rather just let my body sleep more to get more energy.
These are so bad for you!!! Read the ingredients and research! These things have an awful effect on your body that sometimes can't be reversed. The effects are worse when mixed with alcohol
Great for a quick boost. but expensive per compared to other alternatives. I usually pick them up at Walmart, but recently there refrigeration cases have only had soda and monsters
Give me wings!! Love redbull, especially the sugar free ones. And I like that you can get it in smaller cans so it's not as filling but still gives you the energy you want...or need!
My go to energy drink besides a green juice or smoothie. I used to drink the light blue sugar free one, until I learned about aspartame. Now, I drink the Red Bull Zero in the grey. I love the flavor. Red Bull is the only caffeine beverage I will drink.
I love my Redbull! I only really drink them when I'm in dire need for a "pick me up" and it helps majorly....the flavor reminds me of Now & Later's candy in the Mystery Mix flavor from when I was a kid lol
My husband and I both LOVE Red bull. Unfortunately my husband was diagnosed with POTS and now he can't drink them or he blacks out. Be careful and please don't use these to survive on
I am not a fan of Red Bull (though if you are in a major city, they throw monthly concerts for three dollars which everyone should check out!) That aside, the drink itself is not tolerable. Tastes artificial and doesn't give me a boost of energy.
