In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. The tangy flavor is wonderful to mix with alcohol to make bombs, but that's all I use it for. I buy cases at a time from Sam's club to help with cost. It's a bit pricey to buy one can at a time. If I wasn't able to buy it in bulk I would probably just stick to 7 up.
This drink is just tasty. They have great promotions that I get to try all the time living in the city. It gives you a great boost like a cup of coffee. I really prefer the sugar-free one. It has a different after-taste, but if you like coffee, you'll enjoy the taste.
Here in Miami, most people start their day with a Cafe Cubano. While I do enjoy my stong coffee, I cannot get my day going without an ice cold Sugar-Free Red Bull. Something about that sweet, smooth taste, gives me the engery I need to start the day. Sometimes I think I should be a spokesperson for Red Bull because I am always seen with one in my well-manicured hand!
I am not at all a fan of redbull ( the original flavor). It is the one energy drink that I can not stand. It does give you energy but for me I would rather drink something that tastes a little better. If you want energy from redbull try the blue edition much better
Red bull has that taste that reminds me of a tart yet some how addictive flavor. To hop from reg red bull to sugar free your not gonna like it. I have to say this needs to grades an A for the regular and a c for sugar free. Sure trying to be healthy but why drink it if your a health buff. Sugar free taste water down and you can tell a big difference. I didn't like it.
I couldn't live without Red Bull. It's LITEREALLY my lifeline. I love Red Bull almost as much as I love mu husband, but don't tell him that. The sugar free however does give me the jitters for a few hours after consumption, but the regular Red Bull is just amazing!
I'm not big on energy drinks but the blueberry flavored red bull is amazing... The taste in addictive... Every time I drink it all I can think is how blueberry flavored vodka would complete this drink lol...it not to sweet but had a definite blueberry flavor... Worth every penny I've paid for this product
Red Bull's tastes isn't the best thing in the world but it does give you energylike it says. I do use it when I stay up and play video games or hang out with the fam bam. Overall, it does live up to it's expectations, just doesn't taste good. Too bitter for my taste.
Got this one day instead of my usual rockstar. I even read the ingredients but I supose I just wasn't aware that other ingredients meant strawberries. Granted the drink was tasty and I did get a big boost in energy, the fat lip and closing throat was hardly worth it.
I do like red bull the best out of all the energy drinks. It works very well, and I like the smallest size can. Perfect amount of energy without overdoing it. I like the taste personally. I have been drinking it for 10 years. It is the energy drink I buy most often.
