Red Bull Energy Drink
In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. I'm not so sure this is a great item for gamers. LOL I tried a sugar free Red Bull once just to try it. I did not like the flavor nor the feeling it gave me. I wouldn't give it a D or an F, as I didn't think it was terrible but just not for me, that's for sure.
I try to limit the number of energy drinks I consume, but I also work overnights, so sometimes I cave. When I do, I usually reach for a Monster, but Red Bull is always my second choice. They are effective and the flavor is better than a lot of the other options.
I really like Red Bull because out of all the other energy drinks, I feel like red bull actually really wakes me up! The taste is decent, and I feel like it's much longer lasting than some of the other energy drinks. If I need a quick pick me up, Red Bull is the way to go.
I am not an energy drink fan, because of both the taste and the effects. I sometimes have a red bull and vodka if going out after a long day, but I otherwise don't drink it. I personally don't care for the taste very much, but my husband really enjoys Redbull.
I'm a barista, so you know when I reach for a Red Bull it's because I'm really struggling. It may be lip-puckeringly sweet and sour, kidof gritty (probably from sugar), and the bubbles make you burp and those burps burn your nose. But it gets the job done, and I have to give it 5 stars for that reason.
Red bull was never actually good. The only reason it's popular is because it was one of the first ones in the game to make it mainstream. The taste is horrible compared to some of the other ones. It taste like carbonated puke. The caffeine and b vitamin amounts are also sub par compared to the other ones. Their new revamped flavors taste very very artificial like.
Can’t go wrong with redbull... tastes really good you can even put some in your mixed drinks just a splash don’t put to much... does give you energy the only thing I don’t like is the crash that comes a few hours later. Leaves you feeling tired once it wears off
I love this stuff!! When I worked overnights THIS SAVED ME! Though I hear a lot of bad things about energy drinks this by far has bit the bullet. It is also good paired with dark liquor even though they say you should take an upper and downer, I guess I'm a rebel.
Wasn't always the biggest fan of energy drinks but now Im addicted. Red Bull is one of the classics and it has a flavorful taste that quenches your thirst and gives that boost you need. Plus its great to add to alcoholic drinks if you need a boost during the night.
