In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. I drink this probably 4-5 days out of the week. One of the best things about is that its not quite as strong as other energy drinks, and doesn't make me feel sick. It gives a nice little pick me up but doesn't make you feel wired.
I don't usually care for energy drinks because they never do anything for me. And like the others red bull did nothing. It just tasted bad and made me tired, personally. I tossed and turned for hours after drinking this and couldn't go to sleep. all through the day it just made my body tired and kept my mind and eyes awake!
Red Bull tastes really good. I feel like I only need to drink half of the can to keep me up. It does meet expectations. I feel like it's kind of the same as other ones and tastes kind of the same but I do prefer this over other ones
I love this product. If I'm not drinking a coffee beverage, this is usually my next wanting -- or vise versa. I love the taste, smell, and how you can mix it with various other beverages. For the most part, it is reasonably priced.
Out of all the energy drinks on the market, Red Bull is my favorite. Some do not care for the taste, but I really liked it. I don't consume caffeine anymore, but I always drank the sugarfree. It definitely gives you a pep in your step, but I don't recommend consuming more than one a day as they are not exactly healthy for you.
my roommates and myself tend to use redbull during finals week because who needs sleep anyways. It helps with the late night studying but i think that it depends on the person. sometimes it's not as effective for some people as it is for others. I wouldn't drink it every day but once or twice during finals week seems ok
So gross and one of the worst things you can put in your body. I really don't get why so many people like Red Bull, it tastes like gross fizzy sugar water to me. To each his own, but if I'm going to put poison in my body just for a jolt of energy, I'd rather drink an espresso or a mountain dew. Really anything but a Red Bull.
Red Bull is a wonderful energy drink. it has a good taste unlike many other energy drinks on the market. It gives you a good oomph, but don't expect it to last you all day. It gives you the boost you need to get through that last hour of work, but it isn't gonna get you through a day that you had no sleep before on its own.
Whenever I'm tired and need an energy boost, I go right out and buy one of these. I've liked them for many years now. I know a lot of people who don't like the taste, they say it's like sweet tarts in liquid form. I agree with them to an extent, but I love the taste. Tastes good and gives me energy... That's an A+ in my book!
I hate this stuff its so gross i can feel it rotting my teeth lol I bought this for exams week for all the studying and what not and no i took one sip and ended up giving them to a friend who loves them i don't know because i usually love everything but i hate energy drinks they make my stomach hurt and ill never buy one again.
