In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. The Red Bull headquarters are based in Fuschl am See, not far from Salzburg, Austria. I’m an actress so that means on any given day i could be working 2+ hour shows twice a day and on top of school that can be pretty exhausting. I count on red bull to keep me awake and ready to go, if it’s 2am or 2pm!
I love this drink and the flavor, it gives me the energy that I sometimes need, I read that it is not healthy to take it very much so I do not take it too much and the price it’s really good compared to other drinks.
Red Bull is my morning go to! I can't live without it I love it 😍 I don't drink coffee I drink Red Bull it taste amazing once you get used to the flavor and it really helps with energy and focus. I will continue to buy this product
Amazing amazing amazing! I love Red Bull it is my go to energy drink for the most part! They have awesome sales on then in almost every gas station out there! Now I'm definitely in the mood to go buy one...or three!
I have been a red bull advocate for years now. I hated the taste the first time i tried it, but loved it ever since my second one.I love the energy it gives you, but hate that it only last for about 30 mins. But hey, everyone is different.I have been drinking energy drinks for about 7 years straight, so i may have a much higher energy tolerance then others. It is also pretty pricey for the size. In my local stores the 8.4 oz can (yes i know the sizes and prices to a "t".That's the Red bull addiction for ya. lol.) are $ 2.19 + tax, which to me is a little steep for a drink that will be gone in a few sips. It is definitely worth trying to kick start your morning, or give you a boost for those that work second and third shift jobs.
When you put aside the fact that it's like $6 for an 8oz can, its a pretty great and fast acting energy drink. And I swear, the colored dots on the bottom indicate which ones are the best. Light blue alllll the way!
RedBull is and has always been my go-to energy drink. I don't know if it's because I'm just used to it, but the flavor is something I've grown really fond of. The sugar-free version is the first sugar-free beverage that I actually enjoy the taste of plus the pick-me-up is less frantic because of the sugar removal. Also, despite regular Redbull maintaining popularity, they released flavor variations and I hope the Blue Edition is something they keep around forever. That stuff's delicious. I would drink it as a regular soft drink. RedBull gives me just the right amount of wakefulness without having to drink more of it which I dig. I realize that most other energy drinks contain more because they have more than one serving per can, but I think that's kind of stupid because I'm not going to drink flat energy drink the next day and I'm one of those kinds of people who can't drink a whole big can at once or I don't sleep for like 2 days. RedBull: yes.
Red Bull is my go to chaser for shots and alcohol mixers. It's a great energy drink and a great way to get the party going. It's not a bad price for an energy drink. I would continue drinking Red Bull in the future.
Whenever I need a wake me up, Red Bull is my best friend. Keeps me awake and perky. I don’t drink it often only when I absolutely need it. The flavor is really good. If you need some energy, Red Bull is the way to go.
I enjoy the taste of this brand a lot more than many of the others out there, but I wish that it was stronger. It doesn’t really keep me up as much as I need sometimes and I don’t want to have to drink more than one.
