In 1982, Dietrich Mateschitz became aware of products called tonic drinks, which enjoyed widespread popularity throughout Far East. His idea to market these functional drinks outside Asia evolved whilst he sat at a bar at the Mandarin Hotel in Hong Kong. In 1984, Mateschitz founded Red Bull. He fine-tuned the product, developed a unique marketing concept and started selling Red Bull Energy Drink on the Austrian market in 1987. This was not only the launch of a completely new product, in fact it was the birth of a totally new product category. In 2008, Red Bull launched its own Cola: Red Bull Simply Cola -Strong and Natural. Very much in line with the needs of today's consumers, Red Bull Cola - unlike traditional colas - only contains ingredients of 100% natural sources. In 2009, Red Bull extended its product portfolio with Red Bull Energy Shots: Starting in the USA, now gradually rolling out globally. Around 4 billion cans of Red Bull are consumed every year. The responsibility for the success of the world's No. 1 energy drink is shared by the company's 6,900 employees around the world. This is a pretty good energy drink, the only reason I can't give it a five is because there is something a little off with the flavor and there are a couple of energy drinks that taste a little better than this one.
RedBull is and has always been my go-to energy drink. I don't know if it's because I'm just used to it, but the flavor is something I've grown really fond of. The sugar-free version is the first sugar-free beverage that I actually enjoy the taste of plus the pick-me-up is less frantic because of the sugar removal. Also, despite regular Redbull maintaining popularity, they released flavor variations and I hope the Blue Edition is something they keep around forever. That stuff's delicious. I would drink it as a regular soft drink. RedBull gives me just the right amount of wakefulness without having to drink more of it which I dig. I realize that most other energy drinks contain more because they have more than one serving per can, but I think that's kind of stupid because I'm not going to drink flat energy drink the next day and I'm one of those kinds of people who can't drink a whole big can at once or I don't sleep for like 2 days. RedBull: yes.
When you put aside the fact that it's like $6 for an 8oz can, its a pretty great and fast acting energy drink. And I swear, the colored dots on the bottom indicate which ones are the best. Light blue alllll the way!
I have been a red bull advocate for years now. I hated the taste the first time i tried it, but loved it ever since my second one.I love the energy it gives you, but hate that it only last for about 30 mins. But hey, everyone is different.I have been drinking energy drinks for about 7 years straight, so i may have a much higher energy tolerance then others. It is also pretty pricey for the size. In my local stores the 8.4 oz can (yes i know the sizes and prices to a "t".That's the Red bull addiction for ya. lol.) are $ 2.19 + tax, which to me is a little steep for a drink that will be gone in a few sips. It is definitely worth trying to kick start your morning, or give you a boost for those that work second and third shift jobs.
I love Red Bull! I really enjoy the taste and I think it’s a lot better then other energy drinks. I like this over coffee most days. It helps when I haven’t gotten much sleep and I would totally recommend it to others!
I always drink the traditional Red Bull when I need a pick me up. It’s a great value and super easy to find. It’s really inexpensive too and has a great flavor. I’d recommend it to other people looking to stay awake
Red Bull is my go to chaser for shots and alcohol mixers. It's a great energy drink and a great way to get the party going. It's not a bad price for an energy drink. I would continue drinking Red Bull in the future.
This is my favorite energy drink. I love the taste of it, very addicting ❤️ I try not to drink a lot however because of the future side effects. I never tried any energy drink apart from Red Bull 🤨. I will purchase this again
Not a fan, couldn’t finish another one if I tried. Priced high just for the name brand. It left me with the shakes and I hate that jittery feeling. It’s a popular choice on the market but I just can’t get behind it.
At this point who doesnt know what red bull is? I try not to drink energy drinks, I usually do mostly when I’m mixing them with drinks. Red Bull is great with vodka or for shots of jeagerbombs. The taste isn’t too bad.
