If I’m on the go and I need a protein boost, this is one of my go tooth. It has a smooth texture. It’s super convenient since you could take it wherever you want. There’s no bed after taste. And the best part is, of course it makes me feel full after I drink it.

Well… it’s a good source of protein but has a very large dark chocolate taste. It’s almost too bitter of an aftertaste than I’d prefer. It’s smooth and thick like a normal protein shake + pretty healthy.

This is the only flavor you need. I have repurchased the dark chocolate from Whole Foods many times. Is over $4 a lot? To me, it’s a work meal, so no. It saves me time and money. Love it and highly recommend this one in particular. The packaging is different. It has purple like the other reviewers photos.
