Real Techniques Ultimate Base Set
- "Love the brushes and sponge! Work so great, awesome dupe for a beauty blender, I love the flat end, it’s great for baking your contour. They were very easy to use and affordable most importantly. I would for sure buy the brushes and sponges again!" in 87 reviews
I truly loves the sponge in this Base Set! I feel as though it made my foundation/concealer apply naturally and evenly, without absorbing too much product. In addition, the two brushes are wonderful and I use the larger face brush on a DAILY basis! This set makes me want to buy Real Techniques brushes again!
I got this as a set for Christmas because I love the brand, and as always, with this brand, I am not disappointed. These brushes are such an amazing drugstore brush and they work wonderfully. They apply your makeup easily and evenly without worrying about shedding of your brushes or streaky lines of makeup.

Easy to use and very affordable . The bristles were soft and didn’t harsh my skin. I use them everyday whether it’s to contour or highlight. The brushes have all sorts of uses. I recommend them to my Friends and family alike. I can’t have enough of these brushes!
Amazing quality brushes that hold up through numerous uses and many many washes. Easily comparable to the highest end of cosmetic brushes. The only difference is that these are more affordable than some others. Recommend to beginners AND seasoned makeup lovers!
Love love love these brushes. My personal favorite is the foundation and concealer brushes. They are soft, and easy to use. Only thing I didn’t like was the sponge. I prefer the eco tools sponge over this one. They are not as expensive as the brushes you get from ulta or Sephora. Overall they are great brushes
A great set! Face brush is fluffy and blends beautifully. The Bristol’s are very soft and not harsh on your face. The real techniques makeup sponge is probably the best knock off beauty blender I’ve used. Still a die hard beauty blender user but this one is a great substitute that is less than half the price!
The foundation brush I really don’t like. It leaves to many streaks and doesn’t work as well as it should. Mine is also really hard, it isn’t soft on the face. However, the beauty blender is amazing and would highly recommend that along with the eyeshadow brush!
I love Real technique brushes! They are so well made and mine have lasted me years. I can no longer find the B.B. cream brush and it is my favorite for a flawless foundation finish. I can’t sing enough praises of RT brushes. If you haven’t tried them yet, what are you waiting for ?
The brushes are amazing, and such good quality for being low priced. They beauty sponges are dense, and blend the foundation, concealer, contour, anything so well. I use it everyday, and would recommend 100% . Definitely one of the better brands out there.
Affordable and great quality. I use this brush to apply my foundation almost everyday and finish it off my using the sponge to push and set the foundation and powder into my skin. I have abandoned many higher end brushes over this one and i am okay with that.
