Love this, love KATE! This book is wonderfully written and she really explains how she was able to get healthy and start loving her body. She goes through 4 pillars, cultivating a relationship with your body, eating well, awakening the body, and last but not least, mindfulness.
This book is great. It makes you think, has activities to get your thoughts down and organized. It is to help you lose weight in some ways, but it is a great personal development book!
