They're a really subtle tortoise pattern and have a really classic line. They fit kind of large for my face so I took them to Sunglass Hut and had them adjusted. Every now and then they start to feel a little loose and slip some so I take them back and have them adjusted again. From time to time the glasses get tossed in my purse with my keys and other junk for a minute or two and so far I haven't had any scratches to the lenses, but because of the price I try really hard to minimize putting them in a situation where they might get scratched. Overall great quality and I would definitely repurchase them.
