So I received this product about a year ago and promptly misplaced it. I didn’t want to write a review and not be honest so this has been sitting. I recently did a spring cleaning and it surfaced so I opened it up and checked it out today. I’ve never used a flex tool before this I’ve always used another brand for cordless tools because I had multiple batteries for them. This kit comes with not only one but two 5ah batteries which is amazing. Because one can be charged while another is in use. We all know that some projects will kill a battery right as you’re almost done and you’ll have to wait to be able to finish. The carrying bag is a nice quality and while it’s not a hard shell to protect the tool from impact. It can hold the tool and multiple pads and compounds all in the same place in a shop so you’re not digging around looking for everything. The tool itself feels great. Really well manufactured. Heavy in the hand but well balanced. Same with the charger. It doesn’t feel like something that will break with more than average use as I would give it and I’d say a professional detailer or metal worker could use this fairly well. I gave it a quick test on a piece of stainless and it had minimal kick and didn’t really shake me around too much. The trigger was able to be pressed at different pressures to change the RPM quite comfortably. It came with a second backing plate so multiple brands and sizes of pads will adapt to it quite well. The hook and loop connection is of nice quality and it held the pad well and didn’t feel like it was gonna sling it off. I’m not the most adept at polishing as many others are I’m aware. But I’m very pleased at the quality of the tool and I’d be interested in purchasing other flex tools if the batteries over time hold up well and can be used with others.

This is one of the best polishers I’ve ever used, hands down. Feels great in the hand and is not too loud. Pretty slim profile as well, and with plenty of control over speed to suit any situation. Vibration is quite heavy, however. You will feel it in your hands after a while. Overall though, a great buy.
