I take a daily multivitamin because I have had gastric bypass and am at risk for deficiencies. The problem is that a lot of vitamins cause nausea, and many do not have enough of the vitamins and minerals I need. This prenatal vitamin is perfect. I get the petite one that is easier to swallow. I experience zero nausea, and my vitamin levels are superb. I love these so much. I think every woman should take this if they have lower vitamin levels, even if they are not pregnant. The price is right too. I paid about $23 for 180 vitamins, which will last me around 3 months.
Love this prenatal vitamin. It is only of the only ones I found that has all the iron, folic acid and other vitamins you really need. I've been only taking this so far and doing great. My doctor & OB are both happy with this vitamin. I was taking a generic vitamin before switching to this and got pregnant within my first bottle of this. Also, the price is great!
I have been taking these for years, I actually had to warn my husband when we first started dating so he didn't think I was trying to get pregnant. These are great all around vitamins. I love that they have herbs that ease digestion. These have never bothered my tummy, when I was pregnant, and when I wasn't. I think these are great for hair and nails.
I've been taking this prenatal for the last 5 months. The pill itself is big but I like that it only needs to be taken once a day. It also helps keep you from becoming constipated. A lot of other prenatals cause you to be constipated. It is a great, high quality prenatal for a reasonable price. I will be using it through the rest of my pregnancy!
These were my favorite prenatal vitamins. They are also relatively inexpensive considering how expensive vitamins. These gave me energy, made me feel healthy, and didn't make me nauseous. Plus, they contain DHA which was a very important factor when considering a prenatal vitamin. I will take these again next time I am pregnant.
I was on the search for the most reasonable prenatal vitamin which I thought I'd give these a try! It helped my nails grow like ever. Then once I became pregnant, I continued taking it daily. I still take them daily today!! I will forewarn you they'll change your pee color. I highly recommend them!!
I've been taking these for the past couple of months in preparation for having a baby. I've taken others and these are the only ones that don't make me nauseous. I appreciate that a lot. They are also well priced and can be found at Whole Foods, which makes me feel pretty good about them.
Amazing and great quality. These are hands down the best out there and I trust the brand! I used these throughout my pregnancy and months after. I love that they are plant based. DHA is for the baby's brain development. I never felt sick with these. Highly recommend!!
Honestly, I started taking these even before I was pregnant. Just for a boost in hair and nail strength. I started with taking only half and moved to a whole one while pregnant. Made my hair and nails super healthy! It's all natural, you can't go wrong with this one.
I'm a ttc here and a lot of my ttc sisters recommended this , so far I feel good and I feel and look healthier , it is good based not so much chemicals and all, and it's good for anyone who want to prepare there body for a healthy pregnancy
