These really seem to help me mellow out when I’m feeling stressed. I take them to work to help me when anxiety kicks in. I like that they have a minty aroma and nice packaging too.

This stuff WORKS! I suffer from generalized anxiety and can have a tough time de-stressing and relaxing at the end of the day which can make falling asleep difficult. This stuff helps so much! I get super relaxed shorty after taking this and am able to get a great nights rest! I just wish it was slightly cheaper, but Rae’s subscription plan does make the price a little less expensive!

I’m honestly really disappointing in this. I usually don’t buy things that are big hypes on TikTok. But I came across this one on TikTok and I heard nothing but good reviews I think there was only like one or two bad reviews about it but for the majority a lot of girls were saying it works for them. It’s done nothing to help my stress out. But of course everybody’s body is different, and when they take meds, it affects them differently. For me, these did not work at all.
