They are well constructed with quality materials including: plush faux fur and cushion footbeds for comfort, sturdy and non-slip plastic soles. I wear them around the house and they are very soft and keep my feet warm. I like the open-toe concept and design. They wash easily in the washer machine(delicates cycle, mesh bag).
