I really don’t know how anyone could leave QVC a bad review. I always receive the best customer service from them and their products are top notch. A good portion of my beauty products and my kitchen tools and utensils come from QVC. I also also order a lot of jewelry from them. If there is a problem, I call them up and it’s corrected. A lot of my Christmas shopping is done on the QVC app for the variety of products they offer alone. Will always be a customer.

Horrendous customer service. QVC sells inferior products without making any effort to correct issues. I ordered a charger that broke the first time it was used and received no help from the customer service agent. I was dismissed and told they could send another one a month after I would need it in a color I didn't want.

Great I love shopping here! I’ve received gifts from here before and I love them so much. Great quality items. Recommend. They show great products on TV as well.
