I’ve been using the QV Gentle Cleanser for a few weeks and while it does have some positives, it’s not for me. It definitely made my skin feel soft and didn’t irritate my very sensitive skin, which is a rare find. However, the downside is that it leaves a noticeable oily or greasy residue after use. My skin doesn’t feel clean—just slippery. Even though it’s marketed for sensitive skin (and in that sense, it works), I wish it had a more refreshing or balancing effect. It might work well for extremely dry skin types, but if you’re looking for something that cleans without the heaviness, this isn’t it. Overall, I’m disappointed.

This cleanser is so hydrating and effective. I have combination dry skin, with a few hormonal breakouts at times. I use this as my morning cleanse, as it isn’t so great at removing makeup. If I’m not wearing any makeup, I will use an oil cleanser first then this to follow up. My skin has been so much better since I started using this a week ago. I had a ruined skin barrier from over exfoliating and this is so gentle, I had no redness or stinging after. Definitely recommend.

I love this for my sensitive skin! My face always feels clean after using. A little goes a long way and it has helped clear up my skin. It can feel a little drying but definitely less so than most cleansers
