These Swedish balls are one of our go to meals. They’re tasty, soft and full of protein!! As a vegetarian, I’m always looking for easy meals for my children and these are perfect for spaghetti and Swedish ball night. They’re easy to took too!

i personally found these a little dry , you can definitely tell it’s a vegetarian substitute but then again they may be dry since they’re frozen meatballs
