Compré estos escalopes de la marca Quorn con queso mozzarella & pesto. Muy buenos hicimos un sándwich para cada uno. Le añadimos más queso y quedaron buenísimas. Tiene un envase práctico , aunque no me gusta que venga envasado en plástico aunque lo recicle. La textura era un filete empanado, que al pasarlo por la sartén quedó crujiente y muy bueno. Tiene un alto contenido en proteínas y en fibra. Nosotros no lo congelamos era un producto fresco que compramos en el supermercado en nevera. Pero si hubiera sido necesario lo hubiéramos congelado. Me gusto mucho este escalope rebozado con mozzarella & pesto.

I LOVE Quorn products but this one was a miss. I expected it to taste like the meatless pieces product but this one didn’t have good texture or flavor. It was a firm dough block instead of that juicy texture quorn usually has. I cooked this in the air fryer and microwave. The air fryer worked better.

i had to give up being vegetarian for health reasons but i would happily go back to these any day of the week ! they’re delicious , you can’t even tell it’s not chicken and it’s guilt free
