We have been buying these for a couple of years since we don’t eat real meat. I find them to be very close to the taste of real chicken nuggets and don’t taste as “inauthentic” as other mainstream vegetarian brands. We cook them in the air fryer - usually for about 12 minutes. Super fast and convenient.

So so good, taste just like real chicken. Even non vegetarian friends agree, lovely and crispy highly recommend. Like a McDonald’s chicken nugget in texture but in a good way if you ask me.

To me these taste just like McDonald's chicken nuggets. Great to keep in the freezer for a quick meal. Good for people who want to reduce their meat consumption. These are the best of the meat free nuggets I've tried.
