This is a solid protein powder with all the necessary branch chain amino acids. It is a little expensive but it is one of the better tasting options on the market.

My favorite way to get my protein in is by making protein ice cream and this protein powder is perfect for it. It truly has a creamy vanilla flavor and doesn’t taste like protein. I have never tried it as a shake but it’s perfect for ice cream. I have bought many times.
