It is moist delicious and has super healthy ingredients without all that nasty health food aftertaste they stay fresh in the container containers highly recommend for a regular breakfast a treat or just because. The individual sealed packages are super durable and long lasting.

I was pleasantly surprised to taste such a good flavoring from this muffin! The blueberry taste is just right in sweetness, and is not overpowering. The taste is not artificial either. The macros are awesome and you get a good sized muffin!
