I use Baker yellow cornmeal when I bake cornbread or Iām making English muffins. It creates a good texture and tastes really yummy.
Used this brand forever, the taste and quality has always remained the same. Makes fish fry with the perfect texture and crunch without the breaded/doughy consistency. Lightweight crumbs easily coats your food for frying with a yummy smell. Either coat your meat with or without egg wash for fuller saturated, crispy batter.
I use Quaker Corn Meal for a lot of my baking needs. Corn muffins are a must with this! It's very easy to blend. I also use this as a breading for chicken and baked porkchops. It helps seal in moisture and gives it a nice light coating. We make different flavored corn bread, and this never fails!!! I've tried other breads, and I have found this to be the best! Its also great for frying.
