Great way to curb one's sweet tooth. Pretty low in calories considering you get two rice crackers in one serving, not too high in sugar as well.

Enjoy on it's own or with your fave nut butter to increase protein intake.

I love these, they are a perfect snack any time of the day, they're sweet and crunchy but super light. I love to eat them plain or topped with peanut butter and banana for a more filling snack.

I usually don't like caramel anything, as I am a salty snack lover.. but theses are awesome! Surprisingly, the are great for a pre-workout snack being almost all carbs. They are a great snack and satisfy both a sweet tooth and a craving for something crunchy.

These are really good rice cakes; Quaker is my favorite brand to get rice cakes. I used to get the white cheddar ones because those are fantastic but i can never find them in stores anymore, I'm not sure if they discontinued it.

Perfect healthy little snack for when I'm craving something sweet but don't want anything un healthy. It's a great brand and I have bought Quaker items before. I love their oatmeal as well and will purchase again in the future.
