Hab mir die Schlafmaske gekauft, in der Hoffnung besser ein -und durchschlafen zu können. Ich persönlich schlafe aber sehr unruhig und bei jedem Positionswechsel ist die Maske verrutscht. Fand ich daher eher störend. Man wird halt von Licht etc. nicht mehr gestört, für mich persönlich ist es jetz nicht unbedingt notwendig.
