My frenchie has been on HA food for the last year, due to having a skin condition called Colour dilution alopecia. This food has been so good for her as other food that I tried was flaring her skin and making her fur fall out worse. Frankie can’t have treats as I won’t risk giving her anything, I only wish Purina made treats that are HA also. An 11kg bag can last roughly about 6 weeks. At first she wasn’t to keen but now she devours it, does make her toilet very dry though.

Vet recommended. You don't need a second mortgage to buy it either. So far our staffy has cleaned his bowl every meal. Although he is a staffy so not much to go off there. However we've noticed an improvement on his scratching and generally much improved skin and fur. We moved from PurePetFood and this seems to be better for him.

My vet recommended putting my bulldog mix on a hydrolyzed diet trial for food allergy elimination. She loves this food but she's relatively unpicky when it comes to what she eats. She has not had any adverse reactions when eating this food and we will probably stick with it to avoid any future food reactions. Overall it is an excellent diet for those with dogs that have flares to other diets that contain proteins that they may be sensitive to.
